Backdrop rentals are available for a single-day event (24 hours). An additional rental period will incur an extra charge of 50% of the total amount. If the rental extends beyond this, another 50% charge will apply. (Service area not included.) Any additional fees imposed by the venue are the client’s responsibility

Yes, weather conditions can impact decorations, especially for outdoor events. Pool Décor: It is best to set up between 8–9 AM or 4–6 PM to avoid extreme heat. Avoid setup between 11 AM – 3 PM during Bali’s dry season, as high temperatures may cause balloons to pop. Balloon Backdrops: We recommend placing them in a shaded area or setting them up two hours before the event to minimize the risk of heat-related damage. Indoor installations: Typically last 24 hours. Outdoor installations: Exposure to direct sunlight increases the risk of popping, depending on the temperature.
